Macallan Construction is primarily a Design Build Firm. Design Build is a true partnership and has proven to be the most successful relationship type amongst our clients.
The majority of our projects are design build in nature. We have found this arrangement best suited for the successful development of our client’s ambitions and goals. It perpetuates the mutual success of all parties in an open and honest forum that brings the best value to the client.
As a team, the client and design builder work together to produce the product best suited to the client, that exceeds expectations, but within budget and schedule constraints.
